Dear Kiwanians,

We have just completed one of the busiest times of the Kiwanis year, and again Kiwanians came through. We have worked very hard and long hours to help the kids of our community. This is why I am proud to be a Kiwanian. I want to thank all of you that gave of your time, your money, and your talents to help our club help others. I hope all of you had a joyous Holiday Season, and I wish everyone a very happy and prosperous New Year. Happy Holidays,

Dave Stoermer,
President

DECEMBER ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Once again our Club members demonstrated why we are the outstanding service club in the area. The Kiwanis projects were very successful supplying the needed assistance for those persons who are less fortunate. All who participated in our projects deserve a large round of applause affirming a job well done. Be proud you are a Kiwanian!!! You are making a difference while serving the children of our area and the world. Thank you!

KIWANIS ACTIVITIES

WHEW! Take a deep breath, tighten your belt (in the event it did not get tighter over the holidays) and get ready to start t he new year working on the continuing Kiwanis projects. There are several committees with work already in progress or will soon be gearing up for one of our important events. The Fundraiser Committee will accept all suggestions as to new projects for our club to initiate to raise more funds for Kiwanis projects. The Santa Committee is soliciting suggestions for a new location next Christmas as well as participating in other events during the year. The club owns some very sophisticated equipment that could be used much more often than at Christmas time. In addition, we each need to be aware on a daily basis of the need for new members. Share the Kiwanis experience with a friend or neighbor. Bring them as a guest and let them experience, first hand, what our club is all about.
